Beyond the Veil

Life has many mysteries, from which our curious minds we cannot hide,
Wondering what lies beyond the veil, when we pass to the other side.
Will our loved ones be waiting there as we enter that spiritual light,
When we are in the spirit realms, where there is no darkness or night.
Many hands may help to guide us, where we will find no suffering or tears,
Where time is not even counted, by the days, the months, or by the years.
The veil is truly a gateway through which every soul passes through,
Then on this side of life, we will see everything as new.
Perhaps through many previous lives, we have passed this way before,
Bringing back true memories, where with loved ones we can share once more.
The pages of the book of life, show lessons where we have truly learned.
But we will also be shown the wrongs that have been done as each page is turned.
Now we are in a true world, where there is no hatred or greed
For love and light are the keywords that cover our every need.
There are many mansion's in God's house, that we can all enter within,
For on that level we progressed on earth, a new life we can now begin.
What our new life will be in the spirit world will keep us truly guessing,
But whatever is intended for us, will be given with God's own blessing.
So when we journey beyond that veil, leaving behind all troubles and strife,
We will enter into the Kingdom of God, and the jewel of eternal life.
